Your Role

- Analyze key performance indicators and adjust strategy accordingly to optimize engagement, reach, and conversion.

- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to identify new opportunities for content and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, public relations, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, ensuring budget adherence and ROI maximization.
- Conduct regular social media audits to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Manage partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance awareness and reach.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on social media performance for weekly and monthly review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within a tech or consumer brand.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- A portfolio showcasing your best social media campaigns and creative content is preferred.
